Description:

Ingenio is working with one of Genesys’ leading Ireland and UK partners, who are deploying Genesys PureCloud solution for almost 1000 agents across Ireland! Currently, we are hiring for a Junior Network Support Engineer with at least 1 year of experience to join their team in Dublin!

What you will do:

• Answer issues/requests and escalate tickets to higher-level engineers
• Receive tickets, making sure all the information is on the tickets
• Own the ticket until resolution, communicate updates with the client
• Receive full training on Genesys PureCloud solution
• Help with deployment and migration of the platform with the help of other engineers

What you need to have:

• 1 year – 3 years of support engineer experience
• Knowledge and understanding of networking (WAN, LAN, VOIP, routers, switches, firewalls)
• Certificate or Degree in Networking or CCNA
• Telephony/voice/contact centre experience is an advantage
• Needs to be able to learn new technologies quickly
• Have a positive, can-do attitude and willingness to work on their own
