Description:

We’re looking for a Genesys PureCloud Engineer to work from the comfort and convenience of your own home office. Bring your Genesys technical experience, love for problem-solving, and passion for working with the newest technology!

Office location: remote (living in either UK or Ireland)

What you will do:

• Provide engineering services for the implementation, installation, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of PureCloud platform solutions
• Perform engineering services for solution delivery per the customer approved Solution Design Portfolio and Design Documentation
• Troubleshoot technical issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Install system updates, and patches and perform system upgrades.
• Perform unit and quality assurance testing.
• Support customer acceptance testing activities and troubleshoot/correct any issues.
• Answer customer’s technical questions and provide an explanation of technical concepts and issues.

What you need to have:

• 3-4 years of experience with Genesys PureCloud platform
• Genesys PureCloud product certifications (PureCloud Core Professional (PCP)/PureCloud Genesys Certified Associate (GCA))
• Experience delivering Genesys PureClud solutions by implementation, installation, testing and troubleshooting
• Excellent communication skills and fluent in English
• You’re proactive, creative, adaptable, and collaborative.
