Our client are a US headquartered business, who have in the last 12 months landed in Europe, and are looking to massively disrupt the Cloud/SaaS/Artificial Intelligence space.
You’ll play a crucial & leading role in being their FIRST, YES FIRST, Support Engineer in Europe. Dont worry, you’ll have a large team in the US to back you up.
You need to have the following experiences & skills:
This is a 100% support role – our client has a separate project & development team
You should have at least 5 years of Telephony, Contact Centre or Voice experience working with some of the traditional vendors in this space (Avaya, Cisco, Genesys etc)
We’d love it if you knew some of the open source platforms like Asterisk, Kamilio or RTPengine
Know how to use Linux platforms
Be amazing with stressed clients who may be suffering from outages
