This is an exciting new opportunity to join an amazing Operations team where you would report to the Head of Operations (International) and would be developing customer service strategy, controlling budgets and utilizing your planning capabilities. You would also be responsible for exceptional end to end customer support, delivery and billing for their international partners and customers.
• Customer experience focused – including onboarding and billing
• Extensive ICT industry experience
• Capable of managing teams and their development
• Ability to structure KPI’s and reports and present at Board level
• Financially aware and capable of managing budgets
Package- Salary £70,000
