You will have opportunity to join a talented team who have fun whilst delivering accurate on results for customers. Due to their continued growth they are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join their team.
• Manage the customer support system through phone and email.
• Manage the CMS systems
• Deal with day to day operations
• Advise customers with various solutions.
• Assist with the operations team with the installation of new customers.
• Maintain online support documents
• Good general IT skills
• Good knowledge of devices such as tablets, network switches, network printers, routers, etc.
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
• A good problem solving skills
• Interest in emerging technology and quick learner
• Experience with CRM AND POS systems.
• Some understanding with Adobe design suite, HTML and CSS is preferable.
• Higher diploma in ICT or a University Graduate
• Able to work 37.5 hours per week with a shift pattern which includes working on a weekend once every 4-6 weeks.
• Diligent and hard-working
• Polite and well presented.
• Ability to motivate and influence with ideas in a small team
• Excellent time management skills.
