Title – Contact Centre Consultant
Location – Dublin
Salary – €450 a day
Client – Our client is a niche consulting company with a focus on improving the customer experience of their clients.
Role – The role as a Contact Centre Consultant will be to work with end-clients on a contract basis to help them optimise their contact centre environments so as to improve the customer experience. It will be ideally suited to someone who has worked in a management capacity within a call centre before and is looking to become a Junior or Mid-Tier Consultant and work towards a Senior Consultant position. As our client is a Genesys partner, someone who is coming from a Genesys environment would be preferred, but is not essential. Applicants should be willing to travel 2/3 days a week, as our client is headquartered in Ireland but has UK and Irish coverage.
