Scrum Master/Agile Project Manager

Our Client is seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager that can take our development teams to the next level in adoption of Agile and Scrum practices. 

Please note that this role requires taking part in our projects taking place abroad, hence, it requires traveling 50% of the time to Middle East where expenses like traveling, accommodation, daily expenses (transport, food etc.) are covered by the company.

Responsibilities:

·Analyze our current Agile processes, prioritize areas of improvement, and work alongside key stakeholders to implement the improvements

·Facilitate/participate in key Agile rituals across Scrum teams

·Coach team members as needed, including resolving conflict

·Communicate project risks

·Manage projects in JIRA and Confluence; providing software training to team members as needed

·Monitor and report on key Agile performance metrics to leadership team

·Assist in training team members and other employees on Agile and Design Thinking concepts

Qualifications:

·2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager

·Bachelor’s degree

·Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

·Proven leadership and motivation skills

·Strong written and oral communication skills a must; can present formally or informally

·Experience using Agile performance metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvement

·Experience of agile development and a devotion to testing (TDD/BDD) as a means to ensure high quality code

·Knowledge of all aspects of responsive UI development

  • Strong HP LoadRunner performance testing tool experience preferred (similar will be considered).
  • Interact with product managers and engineers to drive projects to on-time, quality releases
