QA Automation Engineer -Northamptonshire, UK

Exciting job opportunity for a QA Automation Engineer has opened up with leading cloud-based marketing and analytics company in Towcester, Northamptonshire! Their platform enables large companies to analyse their website and engage their customers using advanced analytics.

You are:

  • Ready to pick up and enhance existing automated and manual tests

What you will do:

  • Develop, maintain & execute manual/automated tests that cover functional and non-functional (e.g. performance, load, security) requirements.
  • Work with other engineers to increase QA productivity and efficiency
  • Build and maintain test automation in line with agreed standards including associated documentation
  • Help the development team to develop software with a focus on a quality deliverable
  • Work closely with the Product manager and developers in refinement, estimation & planning

You will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in QA testing
  • Knowledge of QA processes and methodologies
  • Experience in programming (Java, PHP, JavaScript, Objective C preffered)
  • Web services knowledge (REST, SOAP)
  • Experience with test automation in the following settings: Web, Mobile, Web Services;
  • Experience with creating/maintaining test automation frameworks
  • Experience with test automation tools as JUnit, codeception etc.
  • Experience with CI tools (Jenkins, GoCD)
  • Knowledge/Experience in Web Security and experience of testing same
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written

Application Support Engineer – Northamptonshire, UK

Exciting job opportunity for a Application Support Engineer with a leading cloud-based marketing and analytics company in Towcester, Northamptonshire, UK! Their platform enables large companies to analyse their website and engage their customers using advanced analytics.J

The role focuses on platform support, user training and on-boarding new clients, with secondary responsibilities as part of the services team to assist the Client Services Executives in various client projects and managing accounts if required.

  • Providing user support via telephone and email for our email and multi-channel platforms
  • Providing user training sessions for new clients
  • Managing the on-boarding process for new clients
  • Writing help articles and user documents
  • Testing new platform features and updates

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a software/application support role
  • Proven experience in supporting users of software platforms to a reasonable technical level
  • Delivery of user training sessions
  • relationship builder with strong customer facing skill
  • Demonstrable experience in SQL, HTML, JavaScript, CSS
  • Experience with HTML design tools and builders, particularly with email design
  • Experience with JavaScript, Google Tag Manager or simila
  • An eye for detail with the highest quality control standards
