A new Team Lead Software Engineer job has just opened with an Innovative Company that uses AI & ML to develop their contact centre software solutions in Glasgow, UK!

What you will do:

• Lead a team of developers and be actively involved in developing components using Java and database design techniques (SQL queries)
• Design, develop and support software for specific applications, including on-line, real-time and network systems
• Be involved in detailed programming to high level system design from the concept or model stage through development, testing deployment and customer acceptance stage

Tech stack: Java 8, Spring, SpringBoot, JavaScript, MS SQL Server, MySQL, AWS, MS Azure, GCP.

What you need to have:

• Experience in leading a team of software developers
• Strong experience in developing with Java
• Knowledge of JavaScript
• Experience in databases (MS SQL Server, MySQL) and writing SQL queries
• User-acceptance testing experience
• Very good presentation skills and mentoring skills
• Excellent spoken and written English
