Project Coordinator

Our client provides cloud based retail systems on tablet devices to enable sales with all-round support based in London. They are a high growth tech, exciting and passionate company whose desire it to ensure their clients are valued and happy.
You will have opportunity to join a talented team who have fun whilst delivering accurate on results for customers. Due to their continued growth they are looking for a Project Coordinator to join their team.


• Supporting the support and operations team
• Validate new orders received from the sales team
• Make initial contact with new clients and hand over to operations team.
• Book meetings and maintain schedules of the operations team.
• Managing the CMS systems
• Assist operations team with the installation of new customers.
• Follow up with installed clients before hand over to Customer Manager
• Liaise with suppliers with regard to customer orders and logistics
• Other tasks as they occur in order to support the team

Required Skills:

• Good IT skills are essential.
• Excellent communications skills – verbal and written
• Good problem solver and scheduler
• Quick learner, with an interest emerging technology.
• Experience with CRM systems
• Higher diploma in ICT or a University Graduate

• Diligent and hard-working
• Punctual
• Polite and well presented.
• Ability to motivate and influence with ideas in a small team
• Excellent time management skills
• Friendly and outgoing
