Title – UK Head of Sales

Location – UK

Salary – Up to £100,000 OTE (£30-50K basic/£30-50K bonus)

Client – Our client is accredited to the highest levels by their partners and have award-winning mobile marketing services. They provide tools and insights to help businesses overcome obstacles in mobile marketing strategies.

Required Skills / Experience:

  • Experience of working in a customer-centric environment preferably in digital marketing, analytics, customer success, new business, consulting
  • 5 – 10+ years experience in Direct Sales/New Business
  • Experience in a SaaS/Mobile Marketing environment a preference but not a pre-requisite
  • Leadership, strong work ethic, ability to work independently, self-motivated, and team oriented
  • Understanding of software, marketing, and analytics terminology, strategies, and concept
  • Ability to negotiate contracts a distinct advantage
  • Ability to positively motivate and influence internal teams to drive customer success
  • Primary responsibility is to generate new sales and the opportunity to progress into a more senior management position
  • Experience of working to high quarterly revenue targets
  • Ability to create a sales pipeline for 6 to 12 months
