Job Title: Telesales / Account Manager – Document Solutions
Salary: £18,500 Basic OTE £12,000
The successful candidate will be a member of the Sales team working under the direction of the Sales Director & Sales Manager to ensure outstanding sales and service support is provided to all accounts that have Document Solutions. This candidate will be responsible for both sales and service satisfaction and will be expected to contribute in supporting the field based sales team. This role has been designed to be predominately desk based.
- Responsible for achieving a growth target and supporting account managers in achieving set targets, monthly, quarterly and yearly
- Organise appointments with prospect clients for the field sales executives to attend
- Generation of quotations
- Upselling on current packages
- Supporting the sales account manager to ensure that “contracted”, “committed” and “identified” opportunities are closed
- B2B role selling print solutions (hardware)
- Proven experience working in a Sales or Service environment
- Proven ability to perform within a target oriented environment
- Experience providing outstanding customer service
- Excellent communication skills to build relationships, manage issues through to successful completion and overcome objections
- Working knowledge of the IT/communications/Office Equipment industry
