Title – Contact Centre Transformation Consultant

They are passionate about enabling clients to deliver exceptional customer experience across all customer contact points, creating “One Conversation!” The team has extensive strategy, product, sales and business experience and a proven track record of successfully guiding companies through strategic business transformation programs in the area of Customer Contact over the last 25 years.
Role – We are looking for a Contact Centre Transformation Consultant to work with end-clients on a contract basis to help optimise their contact centre environments so as to improve the customer experience. The transformation projects will be heavily process-driven, so a knowledge of contact centre operations is essential, such as resourcing, planning and reporting. Experience with Avaya and/or Genesys in a contact centre environment is essential. Applicants should be willing to travel 2/3 days a week, as our client is headquartered in Ireland but has UK and Irish coverage.
