I’m currently searching for a Head of Channel Enablement to join a Global Telecoms Organization.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to build channel competency in an International business unit, recruit and develop core competencies required for future growth.


You will Define a ‘Partner Selection process’ as well as a ‘Channel Governance Process’ to include opportunity registration and assign key responsibilities between partner and vendor.


Part of the job will also include the creation of a ‘Partner Recruitment Package’ to attract new and maintain existing partners. Consider different models from ‘Sell and get paid’ commission only models to more involved pricing, billing and tier 1 support models together with financial support packages for new partners e.g. vendor financing, equity, marketing support.


You will also drive development of Nomad GUI specifically targeted at reseller/channel partners.


Skills and knowledge

  • Substantial experience (5 years) in IOT or Manufacturing channel development function in a Business to Business environment
  • Good knowledge of international IOT market drivers and players
  • Educated to Degree level (2:1 minimum)
  • Relevant professional qualifications
