Senior Account Director – Dublin

Job title: Senior Account Director

Location – Dublin, Ireland

Salary – €120k OTE

Client – Our client is the leading and largest integrated telecommunications operator in Ireland

Role Outline – The mission of the Senior Account Director is to sell the value of the Core Data and Managed Solutions and Services portfolio to current customers and potential new customers by engaging at CXO level in order to achieve and exceed revenue growth plans.

The Senior Account Director will own and drive the sales opportunity from start to finish ensuring they maximise the potential opportunities available. The Senior Account Director must have a deep understanding of the full Telecoms Portfolio available to them and be comfortable discussing and persuading customers at CXO levels to ensure revenue opportunities are maximised.

The Senior Account Director will be tasked with engaging with and achieving sales across the top tier accounts within Enterprise and Government with an annual target of circa €8 million. The role will be based in Ireland.

Accelerators to 200% of OTE on achieving 120% of target and uncapped commission beyond 120% on a 1:1 basis exists for this role, which make the overall earnings potential very attractive and competitive.

Requirements:

  • 15 years’ experience in an equivalent role, supported by relevant academic and industry accreditations.
  • Proven track record of success achieving new sales revenues year on year
  • Proven background of delivering highly complex multi-faceted solutions to large Enterprise and Government customers
  • Technical Vendor Accreditation for Microsoft, Cisco, Avaya, HP etc.
  • Knowledge of Core data, MPLS, NGN and Enterprise-class IP environments essential
  • Ability to influence at all levels – both internally and within the client organisation
  • Exceptionally strong oral, written communication and negotiation skills.

Senior Client Account Manager

Location – London (Paddington)

Salary – £50k basic (£100k OTE)

Client – Our client provides a customer service platform designed to bring organizations and their customers closer together. With more than 50,000 customer accounts, their platform is used by organisations in 140 countries to provide support in more than 40 languages. Founded in 2007 and headquartered in San Francisco, our client has operations in the United States, Europe, Asia, Australia and South America.

Role Outline – Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Client Account Manager to drive expansion business within their existing English-speaking customer base. This person must demonstrate all the behaviours associated with a high performance sales culture, specifically managing a pipeline of upsell opportunities and delivering results against a quota. This person must be able to proactively identify and prioritize their accounts to focus efforts on those with perceived churn risk, potential growth, strategic value, and renewal timeframe.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and solid experience in a sales and/or account management role with demonstrated revenue quota achievement.
  • Native-level English speaker
  • Experience at a technology product or services company that serves the software experience
  • Prior sales experience within a SaaS environment preferred
  • Well versed in consultative, solutions-based selling
  • Demonstrated experience using Salesforce for pipeline management, forecasting and order management
  • Excellent sales organizational and communication skills and an engaging phone presence
  • Track record of customer retention and growth in past positions.
  • A passion for social media or web-based software
  • An appreciation for easy to use, intuitive software
