I’m currently searching for a Pricing and Trading Manager to join a Global Telecoms Organization.

You will lead and direct pricing strategy formulation and build pricing competency in an International business unit as well as define pricing models for the client’s products and appropriate governance structure.

 

You will manage the total pricing procedure to create efficient processes and provide pricing support for all bids and commercial projects as well as define new business procedures, evaluate resource requirements and stimulate implementation or maintenance of pricing system.

 

The position will require full ownership of IOT and other client products set cost base (COS) to ensure appropriate focus on reducing costs and improving margins. This position also includes ownership of the IOT OTA platform securing donor IMSIs and managing traffic profiles in partnership with the roaming department.

 

Skills & Knowledge

·      Substantial experience (5 years) in pricing in a Business to Business environment

·      Good knowledge of international IOT market drivers and players preferable

·      Educated to Degree level (2:1 minimum)

·      Relevant professional qualifications

The ideal candidate will have the ability to build channel competency in an International business unit, recruit and develop core competencies required for future growth.

 

You will Define a ‘Partner Selection process’ as well as a ‘Channel Governance Process’ to include opportunity registration and assign key responsibilities between partner and vendor.

 

Part of the job will also include the creation of a ‘Partner Recruitment Package’ to attract new and maintain existing partners. Consider different models from ‘Sell and get paid’ commission only models to more involved pricing, billing and tier 1 support models together with financial support packages for new partners e.g. vendor financing, equity, marketing support.

 

You will also drive development of Nomad GUI specifically targeted at reseller/channel partners.

We are an international telecoms consultancy and are recruiting for an intermediate level radio access network engineer (1 to 3 years’ experience) who wishes to further their career in the mobile space. We are looking for hungry and driven people to join the Radio Access Network Department which services some of the UK’s biggest mobile network providers.

The induction will cover all aspects of essential training and will involve one week of intensive education in Lisbon, Portugal.

The role requirements are:

  • Academic background in telecommunications or similar;
  • Knowledge of 2G, 3G and 4G (VoLTE preferential) technologies in terms of network design, planning and optimization concepts;
  • Knowledge of EMS systems and related performance, configuration and fault data;
  • Excellent communication skills including capability and interest in interacting daily with customers (meetings, delivery-related negotiation);
  • Good planning and organization skills;
  • Team working spirit;
  • Availability to travel.
