Our Client a leading C++ tech company with a need to continuously add to their existing team of Developers.  Whilst they have exceptional recruitment methods in place including conferences, events, marketing campaigns, etc. they are looking for someone to join their team with the ability to ‘think outside of the box’ to attract new talent.

Experience & Skills:

• Proven ability in being creative and attracting top talent within the software industry
• Capable of building talent pipelines, writing effective job ads and press articles as well as creating attractive social media content
• Work in conjunction with marketing on branded campaigns and recruitment activities
• Plan, organise and attend recruitments events
• Capable of making travel arrangements and establishing the best service providers
• Be organised, multi task and work efficiently
• Have an outgoing personality
• Must be able to travel once or twice per month.
• Must have excellent communication skills in English and basic German

Salary: €45000 – €80000 per annum dependent on experience

You will be given the opportunity to move up the ladder in a growing company and be trained  into a full time recruitment consultant.

The role includes candidate name gathering, interviewing, candidate management,lead generation, database maintenance and ensuring quality assurance compliance.

You must have an interest in sales and be target driven. We’re committed to continual, organic growth through on-going training.

  • Source and select candidates
