You must have 5 plus years’ experience in a marketing management type role as well as at least 5 years’ experience defining and developing successful marketing strategies across CRM, display, video, ad words, email marketing, SEO and event marketing.

You must have experience in people management and hiring a team, a proven track record in defining and implementing customer success strategies and stakeholder management experience.

As part of the role you will.

  • Develop marketing strategies in order to reach the revenue targets
  • Develop and implement market positioning with the help of founders and third-party industry experts such as Gartner.
  • Define and implement various marketing strategies to increase customer base and brand awareness across inbound and outbound marketing activities
  • Responsible for the overall CRM strategies and management
  • Develop b2b strategies in in order to promote the use of the platform by our customers and grow business with existing customers
  • Develop event strategies to grow and promote existing client relationships and develop new business
  • Develop b2b2c strategies that can grow usage of the platform by client’s customers and grow revenue
  • Develop partner strategies that can help grow the customer base
  • Build and manage the marketing team

Favourable but not essential.

  • Marketing Experience for a SaaS business
  • Experience with industry/trade publishers such as Gartner or Forrester
  • Other language skills, such as an additional European Languages or Chinese
  • Public speaking experience, experience speaking at events, keynote type presentations, participating in round tables or fireside discussions etc.

You will have the responsibility of assessing, reporting and rolling out standardized change management processes, procedures and workflows.

Candidates must have experience in support operations, escalation management and critical incident response.

The ideal candidate will lead the incident response, including communications to key stakeholders and executives, restoration activities for application and system outages, and follow-up data analysis and documentation.

You should be comfortable working under your own capabilities, thrive in a fast paced and ever-changing environment and can communicate upwards professionally

Software Integration Test Manager

Currently, they have an AMAZING job opportunity for a Software Integration Test Manager in Jersey Channel Isles, UK!

Daily tasks: 

  • You will report to Head of Software Services
  • Be responsible for quality testing of in-house developed software, ensuring a robust and timely delivery
  • Be responsible for the creation, co-ordination and execution of software testing, using internal and external parties
  • Ensure a consistent, organisation-wide approach to software testing
  • Create strong business engagement across delivery and receiving functions with a strong focus on automation

Requirements: 

  • Experience in developing and testing software in complex integrated application environments
  • In-depth knowledge of the IT architecture in a high-growth IT / Telco business
  • Experience and knowledge of implementing and improving software test toolkits, exposure encompassing but not limited to: CI/CD toolkits i.e. GIT variants, Jenkins, Jmeter, Jira etc.

Nice to have skills: 

  • BSS, OSS, ERP, Web, Mobile App, Security
  • Java, .Net, Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL
  • ITIL, eTOM, BCS, Agile, Prince
  •  HyperV, VMWare, OpenStack, Citrix, Windows Server, Linux
