Project Coordinator

Our client provides cloud based retail systems on tablet devices to enable sales with all-round support based in London. They are a high growth tech, exciting and passionate company whose desire it to ensure their clients are valued and happy.
You will have opportunity to join a talented team who have fun whilst delivering accurate on results for customers. Due to their continued growth they are looking for a Project Coordinator to join their team.

Duties:

• Supporting the support and operations team
• Validate new orders received from the sales team
• Make initial contact with new clients and hand over to operations team.
• Book meetings and maintain schedules of the operations team.
• Managing the CMS systems
• Assist operations team with the installation of new customers.
• Follow up with installed clients before hand over to Customer Manager
• Liaise with suppliers with regard to customer orders and logistics
• Other tasks as they occur in order to support the team

Required Skills:

• Good IT skills are essential.
• Excellent communications skills – verbal and written
• Good problem solver and scheduler
• Quick learner, with an interest emerging technology.
• Experience with CRM systems
• Higher diploma in ICT or a University Graduate

Personal Qualities:
• Diligent and hard-working
• Punctual
• Polite and well presented.
• Ability to motivate and influence with ideas in a small team
• Excellent time management skills
• Friendly and outgoing

Customer Support Executive

You will have opportunity to join a talented team who have fun whilst delivering accurate on results for customers. Due to their continued growth they are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join their team.

Duties:

• Manage the customer support system through phone and email.
• Manage the CMS systems
• Deal with day to day operations
• Advise customers with various solutions.
• Assist with the operations team with the installation of new customers.
• Maintain online support documents

Required Skills:

• Good general IT skills
• Good knowledge of devices such as tablets, network switches, network printers, routers, etc.
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
• A good problem solving skills
• Interest in emerging technology and quick learner
• Experience with CRM AND POS systems.
• Some understanding with Adobe design suite, HTML and CSS is preferable.
• Higher diploma in ICT or a University Graduate
• Able to work 37.5 hours per week with a shift pattern which includes working on a weekend once every 4-6 weeks.

Sales Academy Lead

Would you like the opportunity to join an innovative organisation in the Unified Communication SAAS / PAAS, Cloud Communications arena? If so, our Client is looking for a Sales Academy Leader who is passionate about Sales and providing exceptional customer service. You will report to the Sales Director and will be joining a dynamic and fast-paced environment and would be responsible for a small Sales Academy team of 4.

Responsibilities

• Provide training. Mentoring and one to one performance reviews for Sales Academy team
• Provide KPI’s for team and report weekly and monthly on all activity metrics using analysis
• Provide financial reports using Excel
• Lead by example – hand on sales calls

Key requirements

• 2 – 3 years sales and management experience
• Organised and meticulous attention to detail
• Flexible attitude
• Live within commutable distance of Richmond

Useful to have

• University degree
• Telecoms sector experience

Salary

• Up to £32,000 per annum plus commission with potential to earn up to six figures
