My client is an international telecommunication provider dedicated to delivering world-class services who are looking for a Business Development Manager. Do you have experience in Fraud Protection and developing relationships with MNOs and MVNOs in Africa? If so this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Focus:
In addition to Business development and account management you will develop new Operator relationships in African regions and drive the launch of Fraud Protection services in new territories. You will also work alongside key commercial partners to ensure potential buyers are highlighted to purchase data services.

Key accountabilities:

• Key account manager for Africa’s largest Mobile Operators – engaging with various stakeholders within each business to ensure our client is recognized as a trusted partner
• Securing agreement from Mobile Operators to launch Fraud Protection Services in Africa
• Developing new business opportunities with the Operators to grow Fraud Protection revenues and explore new ways to work together
• Oversee and drive international territory roll out in other African regions – managing project status and timelines
• Owning all MNO approval processes and ensuring that our client meets all contractual obligations
• Sourcing potential buyers and identifying user cases where the Fraud Protection Solutions will be of interest mainly in the financial sector
• Providing accurate reporting to Head of Fraud Protection Services regarding progress; timelines; challenges etc.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience working with Mobile Operators in these regions. Good Contacts network is a must
• Proven track record in a sales / business development environment
• Understanding of Mobile Operator data services and their value in the market
• Any contacts or previous experience in financial sector would be an advantage

Salary Package:

Competitive salary + uncapped bonus

Do you have experience in Fraud Protection and developing relationships with UK MNOs and MVNOs? If so this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Focus:
In addition to Business development and account management you will develop new Operator relationships internationally and drive the launch of SI services in new territories.

Key accountabilities:

• Key account manager for UK’s four largest Mobile Operators – engaging with various stakeholders within each business to ensure our client is perceived as a trusted partner
• Provide project teams with the required support to launch bespoke projects
• Oversee international territory roll out – managing project status and timelines
• Owning all MNO approval processes and ensuring that our client meets all contractual obligations
• Working closely with GSMA to ensure alignment with Mobile Connect standards and to keep abreast of industry developments
• Reporting to MNO business owners on financial performance and business development strategy

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• overall project management and delivery experience; working with MNOs; managing Pan European accounts
• Proven track record in a commercial environment working to delivery deadlines
• Knowledge and experience of digital identity solutions using Operator data

Product Manager IoT – Jersey

PRODUCT MANAGER IoT – St Helier, Jersey

Our Client has a proud heritage of over 120 years in Jersey proving services to consumers and businesses in the Channel Islands. Due to an exciting phase of growth they are looking for a PRODUCT MANAGER to be the subject matter expert on the IoT market and to define and own the IoT product roadmap.

Key Requirements:
• You will have experience of reviewing existing product portfolios and continually assess market activity.
• Capable of building the product roadmap and managing end-to-end product lifecycle.
• You will have a strong background in mobile and/or new technology with an understanding of the Mobile Network Operator ecosystem.
• Have a proven track record of launching technology products and services within new and emerging markets.
• Have an understanding of data sensitivity and legislative requirements.
• Have commercial acumen and the ability to support sales people at external meetings.
• Ability to provide clear and concise communication to all levels of the business, demonstrating a “can do” attitude and work in a flexible and agile manner.

Salary Package:
