This Opportunity offers an exciting and challenging role that deals with day to day liaisons with several different stakeholders to strike a balance between the impact of a change and the need for a change.

You will have the responsibility of assessing, reporting and rolling out standardized change management processes, procedures and workflows.

Candidates must have experience in support operations, escalation management and critical incident response.

The ideal candidate will lead the incident response, including communications to key stakeholders and executives, restoration activities for application and system outages, and follow-up data analysis and documentation.

You should be comfortable working under your own capabilities, thrive in a fast paced and ever-changing environment and can communicate upwards professionally

 

This is a 12-month contract role

Day Rate is €350 – €400

Location Grand Canal Dock, Dublin.

Software Integration Test Manager

Currently, they have an AMAZING job opportunity for a Software Integration Test Manager in Jersey Channel Isles, UK!

Daily tasks: 

  • You will report to Head of Software Services
  • Be responsible for quality testing of in-house developed software, ensuring a robust and timely delivery
  • Be responsible for the creation, co-ordination and execution of software testing, using internal and external parties
  • Ensure a consistent, organisation-wide approach to software testing
  • Create strong business engagement across delivery and receiving functions with a strong focus on automation

Requirements: 

  • Experience in developing and testing software in complex integrated application environments
  • In-depth knowledge of the IT architecture in a high-growth IT / Telco business
  • Experience and knowledge of implementing and improving software test toolkits, exposure encompassing but not limited to: CI/CD toolkits i.e. GIT variants, Jenkins, Jmeter, Jira etc.

Nice to have skills: 

  • BSS, OSS, ERP, Web, Mobile App, Security
  • Java, .Net, Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL
  • ITIL, eTOM, BCS, Agile, Prince
  •  HyperV, VMWare, OpenStack, Citrix, Windows Server, Linux
