Head of Services – Dublin

As Head of Services, you will be responsible for the project services team, ensuring that new customers on-board successfully and that the team delivers customer projects to scope, time and budget. You will bring strong communication, project and process management skills along with analytical acumen and a proven track record in services delivery and excellence.

Key Skills:
• Must have a strong track record as a customer facing project or services delivery lead rolling out enterprise software solutions
• Experience working in a software or SaaS company and/or have a consultancy background delivering software.
• Ability to analyse business challenges, and to use data to provide and present actionable recommendations to management team.
• Be passionate about mentoring and supporting your team.
• Have excellent communication skills with the ability to work well with client stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience of tender and presales engagement with customers.
• Excellent written and spoken communication with strong English language skills.
• Be process driven, know your End Stage Report from your Lessons Report and how to effectively tailor project processes, with a strong attention to detail.
• Experience of Agile, PM2 and Prince 2 methodologies.

Responsibilities:
• Program / Portfolio management of client projects including managing risk, dependencies, stakeholders, governance, costs, resource planning and productivity.
• Growing, managing and mentoring the project team across all aspects of project management and customer delivery.
• Ensuring that project management methodology, tools and processes are fit for purpose. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Responsible for ensuring that project delivery is aligned to ISO & SOC quality standards.
• Track and report on key metrics for services delivery. Work as part of the management team to identify, report and implement operational efficiencies and excellence.
• Work alongside the management team, to promote the company and engage in high profile sales opportunities.

Software Developer – Dublin

Experience

• 3 – 5 years’ experience and capable of designing, developing, maintaining and supporting projects

• Good analytical skills, excellent attention to detail

• Skilled in several programming languages and technologies, including but not limited to: JavaScript, Node.js, MongoDB, Git, WebRTC, Electron or Amazon Web Services

• Experience of web frameworks such as Backbone, Vue, React, etc.

• Experience with databases

• Capable of working at full speed, bright, enthusiastic, eager to learn, develop and keen to share your knowledge

• Strong communication and team working skills

• Agile and Scrum skills

• It would be beneficial if you have experience of working with start-ups but not essential

Software Engineering Delivery Manager – Dublin

Would you be interested in working for a dynamic and ambitious company who, since 2014, has been delivering advanced assessment software to a global client list which enables them to create, deliver and mark online examinations with the option of remote invigilation?

Due to the continuous development of our products we require a Software Engineering Delivery Manager to work with a team of up to 20 engineers, some based overseas. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery process, capable of identifying steps for improvement, from a continuous release environment in a bid for us to further our automation capability.

Have you previously taken responsibility for engineering process delivery and quality assurance testing from development to deployment?

Are you a leader who influences and enjoys being a team player with Agile and Scrum skills?

Do you have initiative, drive and motivation with the ability to grow with the business and the potential to become part of the leadership team in the future?

Do you have excellent communication skills with the ability to be client facing?

Are you capable of working within an AWS environment and skilled in several programming languages and technologies, including but not limited to: Linux, bash scripting, JavaScript, NodeJs/npm and Python?

Do you have an appreciation and understanding of ISO Quality & Information Security standards i.e. 9001 and 27001?
