Based in Dublin with clients across Europe and the USA, our client has developed a unique platform that allows food and drink brands and venues (bars restaurants, and clubs) to connect directly with their consumers with gifting, activations and increased spend and loyalty.

This is a client facing role and as Head of Sales you must have previous experience selling food or beverage products into restaurant and bars in Ireland.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ experience of selling within the food and beverage industry. You will be living in or willing to relocate to Dublin (our client is based in Ranelagh). You have got to have the attitude that working in a startup requires. The basic salary for this role is
€50,000 plus €20k annual bonus, plus travel allowance.

  • Responsible for the overall CRM strategies and management
  • Develop b2b strategies in in order to promote the use of the platform by our customers and grow business with existing customers
  • Develop event strategies to grow and promote existing client relationships and develop new business
  • Develop b2b2c strategies that can grow usage of the platform by client’s customers and grow revenue
  • Develop partner strategies that can help grow the customer base
  • Build and manage the marketing team

Favourable but not essential.

  • Marketing Experience for a SaaS business
  • Experience with industry/trade publishers such as Gartner or Forrester
  • Other language skills, such as an additional European Languages or Chinese
  • Public speaking experience, experience speaking at events, keynote type presentations, participating in round tables or fireside discussions etc.
