We are looking for experienced recruiters to come and join our fast growing business Ingenio Global!

If you haven’t come across us before we’re a two year old, niche technology recruiter with offices in Dublin and London – niche in the sense that we only work in Cloud, Security & Communications Technology, and we work with clients across Europe & the US.

Rob & James, who own the business, are looking to grow a number of high growth areas and are looking to take on seniorexperienced recruiters not just to join the team, but to run a team, geography or possibly even the entire business in time!

1) Our Partnership Programme gives employees the opportunity to own a stake in the business. This runs like a typical Partnership program within a law firm or accounting business, rather than it being simple share distribution which doesn’t work.

As part of this Inside Sales role you will be responsible for doing outbound contact by phone, social media and marketing with prospects in UK, Europe and USA.

6 months sales experience in any field is required.

Salary is from 20k-25k plus 10k commission on target.

Package – Up to 25k basic salary plus commission and deal bonuses

Client – Providers of a completely unique and highly sophisticated threat detection solution which protects high profile organisation from hacks and breaches

Role overview and required background – The candidate will have a desire to break in to technology sales and work for one of the fastest and most unique cybersecurity vendors in the world. Tasked initially with prospecting and appointment setting via the phone, the individual will embark on a career path taking them from telemarketing through to an external sales role with the opportunity to sell innovative and unique solutions to major enterprise companies

Specific requirements – Our client is looking for a number of Inside Sales Representatives who are educated to degree level. All candidates much be able to speak English although our client is particularly interested in Spanish, French and Swedish speakers
