Our Client has a proud heritage of over 120 years in Jersey proving services to consumers and businesses in the Channel Islands. Due to an exciting phase of growth they are looking for some to join their team to build new business around cloud services and propositions. You will be responsible for defining, developing, managing and executing a profitable roadmap in the Cloud portfolio. You will be the subject matter expert and will also be responsible for managing and monitoring target driven performance.

Key Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years’ demonstrable experience in a Product Manager based around cloud services
• Experience working in cloud, SaaS and hosting technologies with good knowledge of the market place.
• Innovative mindset with excellent communication skills at all levels.
• Experience of managing productive commercial and supplier relationships

Product Manager – London

Product Manager – London

Would you like the opportunity to join an innovative organisation in the Unified Communication SAAS / PAAS, Cloud Communications arena? If so, our Client is looking for a Product Manager who is passionate about making innovative products which customers love. You will be joining a dynamic and fast-paced environment and would be responsible for their cloud-based product portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver the annual product plan, including product development
• Direct the development roadmap based on market intelligence and internal innovation
• Release coordination and communication to ensure full service readiness
• Ensure adequate product documentation/user support material
• Ensure clear product cost base, fixed and variable
• Competitive product comparison
• Technical input to sales ’battle cards’
• Lead product launch activity over seeing key launch phases – e.g. Alpha/Beta
• Internal communication including liaising with the Sales Director to agree optimal product price position

Key requirements

• 3 to 5 years Product Management experience in a Telecommunications / Contact Centre sector
• Experience of launching a service/product or managed a significant product/service release
• Strong influencing skills to ensure organisational alignment to the product plan

Useful to have

• Experience with JIRA project systems, ERP systems and processes would be beneficial
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Project
• International product experience would be a distinct advantage

Salary – £50,000 per annum
