We have Fantastic opportunity for an Account Manager- Customer Success Executive to work with one of Europe’s best SaaS companies based in Dublin.
As the Customer Success Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The successful candidate will also be required to create upsells within the existing client base by demonstrating tangible added-value from our suite of offerings.
You will work in an agile environment and the ideal candidate should have working experience in Software, preferably SaaS.
- Account management of current customers.
- Monitor and Achieve KPIs on customer engagement and upsell targets.
- Act as the go-to person for customers and internally.
- Build strong internal & external relationships across the organization.
- Ensure customer feedback is clearly captured and conveyed internally to enable on-going improvement of company’s products.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams.
- Develop upsell campaigns to sell products and services.
- Prepare for and present growth plans at customer on-site meetings.
- Up to €45,000 + €20,000 bonus and uncapped commission.

- Degree in IT or related field.
- 2 years’ experience in Account Management in a software industry.
- Experience with SaaS.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to upsell.
