James Smith and Rob Magee have worked in the technology industry for the last fifteen years. During this time they have been working within, or owning, service provider companies within this space. The three main areas of focus when delivering solutions to clients over the years has been people, process and technology. In their experience the process around both hiring and retaining exceptional people is the area that has the most capacity for change.
During their respective times at Touchbase, Datapoint, Cisco, Sabio and Capstone, James and Rob have both seen positive outcomes when exceptional people come together for the benefit of a client.
